Desde 2019 a celebrar e estimular o cinema português e internacional e entreter, enriquecer e educar o público na forma como vê o mundo e o cinema através de um programa diversificado e oriundo de todo mundo.
Moinho Cine Fest é organizado anualmente em Matosinhos, Portugal, pela ANARTEM – Associação Cultural e tem o selo EFFE Label 2024-2025, que é uma iniciativa da European Festivals Association apoiada pela Comissão e Parlamento Europeu. O Ocean Coast Film Festival é um festival irmão do Moinho Cine Fest.

MATOSINHOS ON THE CINEMA ROUTE
Since 2019 it celebrates and stimulates Portuguese and international cinema and entertains, enriches and educates the public in the way they see the world and cinema through a diverse programme from all over the world.
Moinho Cine Fest is organized annually in Matosinhos, Portugal, by ANARTEM, a Cultural Association, and it has the EFFE Label 2024-2025, which is an initiative by the European Festivals Association supported by the European Commission and Parliament. The Ocean Coast Film Festival is a sister festival of the Moinho Cine Fest.
